Roses for the Grandma

Here is a picture of the roses Rachel got for her birthday.

We took some other pictures while they were here. Jordan wasn't really awake for anything. Here is a picture of Jeffrey, Tina, Jordan, and their dog, Riley. Notice Jordan yawning in the one picture while Riley is looking the other way.

Grandma's birthday

Jordan and his mom and dad came for Rachel's birthday supper tonight. We had a nice chicken casserole for dinner and then we had cake later in the evening. Jordan slept most of the time that they were here.

Jordan's checkup

Tina called just a while ago and told me that Jordan's appt. with the doctor went very well. He has gained 6 ounces. He doesn't have to go back until his one month appt. The doctor said he is doing very well. We are always glad to get this kind of report. No new pictures today, but Jordan is coming to Grandma Rachel's birthday supper tomorrow night and I will try to capture a picture or two.

At Grandma's house again!

Jordan came to visit again and spend the night here with his parents. We had some special company in after church tonight. His "other" grandparents came to visit, along with Greatgrandma Hinderliter, Aunt Laura, and Uncle Larry. We all had a good time visiting and then Jordan received his first phone call. The phone rang and Rachel answered and they asked for Jordan. (We think they had a wrong number!) What a busy social life this little fellow has.

Bloodwork followup

Jordan's bilirubin was going down as of yesterday. That is a good thing. We were concerned about it, but everything is fine. He sees his pediatrician on Monday and she will be checking him for his weight and other normal things. When we hear anything, we will post the results.

Getting a little sun.

Jordan spent the night at our house last night. Here he is getting some sun before we left to go and get his bloodwork done. He eats, sleeps, and lays around. He is such a good baby.

Aunt Esther stops by!

Aunt Esther stopped in for a visit for a few minutes when she was on her way to work.

Look who came to visit!

We have a little visitor at our house tonight. He has a Doctor's appt. tomorrow, so his mom and dad thought it would be easier to come to our house and spend the night. That way I can take them to their appt. tomorrow while Daddy goes to work. We really don't mind at all, they are welcome any time.

The Uncle that feels left out!

Jordan arrived at the parsonage in Russsell, NY late Saturday night. He attended church for the first time today in the evening service. He and Mommy are doing well. He is such a good little baby. Here is another picture of the dear little one. This is the proud Grandma.

Jordans Arrival

Jordan arrived today at 3:13 pm. He is 6 pounds and 10 ounces. 19 1/2 inches long. We think he is beautiful. He was proudly welcomed by his father and maternal grandmother (Sharon).
