Look what is in the paper today

My wife called me at work today to let me know that our son's picture was in the paper today. This is how it appeared. She was a little "hurt" when she saw that her name was not listed, but it was not any of us that wrote the article or put it in the newspaper. Just thought I would share this with everyone. He is now at Keesler Air Force Base in Biloxi, Mississippi for Tech School. Here will be there about another month. He will then be going back to the state of Texas to Wichita Falls for the rest of his Tech School.

Flags and a new friend

While we were in Texas we bought an official US Air Force flag which we are proudly flying alongside or our US flag.

This is our new friend this year. He is a cute black groundhog. This is one sure sign that our weasel must be gone. This groundhog has been here for more than a month. There were two of them but I haven't seen the brown one in a while.

Mother's day flowers

These are pictures of the flower's Rachel received from her boys for Mother's Day. Jeffrey and Tina got her the roses and Justin got her the Oriental Lily. The roses just all of the sudden today wilted real bad. They were really beautiful on Sunday. On Sunday, the lily hadn't bloomed yet, just can't get them to cooperate.

Texas plus!

I am adding another link for some more of the pictures leading to Texas and while we were in Texas. These are not in order, sorry.

Finally!

I took the time tonight to upload the pictures from Justin's camera that I was using in Texas. These are not all of the pictures. I have some from my camera that I will upload sometime. Here is the link to a web album that has 85 pictures and I think I captioned them all.
