Our sick little guy who is better!

Jordan has been sick with double ear infection. He has run a fever off and on for a week. Finally, he is better today. We decided that it would be fun to take a few pictures today. He really enjoyed playing with the camera. Most of them were taken while he was sitting on my lap.

Here he is enjoying his bottle of Pediasure. He really guzzled this stuff down.

This was actually the first picture, and he had just got up from his nap.

Guess what I saw today?

When we came home from church today, it was very warm out (33 degrees). As I was walking up to the porch steps, I saw a robin take off flying around the other end of the house. That is exciting news here in the Northcountry. Someone once told me that they don't really ever leave, they just go deep in the woods so they can find berries and seeds to eat. I don't know if they do or not, but I do know what I saw. Have a nice day and enjoy the warmer weather.

Vacation in January!

I was on vacation this past week and my sister took vacation and came to visit for the week. We did a lot of little jobs around the house and one big one. We babysat on Tuesday of that week for Jordan. Of course Chris likes to spend as much time as she can with Jordan. We had a lot of fun on Tuesday and then again on Thursday evening and also Saturday evening we went to Jeffrey and Tina's house for supper and the evening. These are some pictures that I took on Tuesday during the day and evening. Jordan is quite an amazing little guy. (I am not prejudice either) If we can just work on getting rid of the pacifier.

Our new flooring for our bathroom and entranceway.

My sister Chris was here this past week and we laid a new floor in our bathroom. We used the vinyl strips that are sort of like laminate flooring. They are really neat and easy to use. We had some left over so we used them to do the entryway to our house that is in the living room.

Chris did a lot of the work on Wednesday. Rachel and I had to go to an appointment and so Chris went ahead and got busy on the floor. I helped her in the morning to rip out the carpet and on Thursday I got the job of cutting and putting the molding down. It turned out really nice.

Christmas late!?!?

These are a few of the few pictures that I took on Christmas day. Jordan really enjoyed that day so much. He had a lot of fun opening presents. As you can see from the mess in our living room there were a lot of presents to open. The unique thing is if you look at him in this picture he is playing with a plastic tumbler and a little golf ball. Oh well, so much for the toys.
